How to use:

Rinse you mouth with 10 ml of the solution twice a day for two weeks. It is advised to repeat the two week rinsing cycles 4 - 5 times per year. Do not swallow the mouth rinse. We do not recommend to eat anything for 30 minutes after rinsing to let the chlorhexidine gluconate mouth wash work.
