How to use:

Rinse you mouth with a 10 ml of solution twice a day for two weeks. It's advised to repeat two weeks rinsing cycles for 4 - 5 times a year. Don't swallow the mouth rinse. We do not recommend to eat anything for 30 minutes after rinsing to let the chlorhexidine gluconate work.
